Shipping term revised and a crazy party

The weekend was away. Weekend is also good and full of resting, but last week it was super fun to me. We was invited to the beach camp - which included dancing floor, getting super drunk and sleeping outside like normal backpackers. Well, have to say, I was in the middle of saying no to it, since I was in the mood of making my new Chocolate cream cake magnet and it was so yummy-looking that I couldn't help myself from making more. In the end, it was my husband to kick my ass out of the house and head to the party - and to agree, I did enjoy it quite a lot. I guess an artist sometimes deserves to get crazy dancing. Haha :)!!

The next morning I woke up quite early in fact, as being disturbed by the sand in my sleeping bad, plus a bunch of people sleeping next to me moving and kicking me all the time. The sea was beautiful, the weather was damn hot, but the wind is very very cool. However, we left the camp quite early to Golan Heights and caught up with my in-laws' Shabat dinner. And then, I officially started my weekend digging on making the stand for my jewelry & Miniatures booth (you don't want to know, it's freaking disaster in the end) after coming back from picking cherry in the yard.
So I didn't get much time to work on my Miniatures/Jewelry as usual. Instead, I spent most of my time to read about Miniatures techniques and inspiration. In the end, I managed to come up for several new try on Strawberry Chocolate Cream Cakes, Donuts and Earrings. I was so in love with them. The only thing I was not so pleased was that I didn't know how to make the cream/frosting that looks like real one. Hence I spent hours searching over each website I could find about miniature, and god blessed me, I finally found my saver - Silicon Sealant. Thank God!

OK... Here comes the interesting news. After receiving feedback from my friends about the shipping term written on my website, I finally decided to revise it so it will not cause any confusion or misunderstanding anymore. Anyway guys, check it out now to see the revised SHIPPING TERM which is more reasonable.

Oh yeah, and I went to watch Sex and the City 2 with my girlfriend. To be honest, this is the first time after 2-3 years I actually went to watch movies with other female friends (normally I was alone or with my husband). The movie was fun, and charming as usual (I love the fashion) but... it is really only for women :))...Anyway, a good choice for you to forget about other things and release your stress with...

By the way, tomorrow is the day for our June Newsletter. Don't miss this issue as well as other chance to get free giveaways from us!!!! Sign up your email and enjoy the fun!

Miniature and new Bunny family

OK... It is getting hotter and hotter every day since summer has come. And my love to miniature has been increased in rocket-speed for last few weeks haha.

Yesterday my dear Cancer friend, Shanny visited us after a while, and I was extremely happy to see her again. We had dinner in Moon Restaurant, an extremely expensive Japanese restaurant in town (absolutely expensive since its name is Moon - and Moon is unique - hahaha), but the food turned out well-tasted. I loved the Sushi covered by small piece of Corn, and thought to myself I needed to make these by Polymer Clay in small scale (1:12) one day :). After dinner, we went back my house and started to explore about all my works so far (including new waffles, apple, bear, panda and kaola faces I just made). So in the end, I had very good evening... Great mood to start with something nice... hmm... I wonder what should I make next. Any idea?

Today I am going to finish up my form for the Artists Market Show on my Polymer Miniature Jewelry. To be honest, it gives me chill just by thinking of getting approved for having small stand there. All I need to do is preparing best samples, best photos of my works and waiting for the approval... Then... cross my fingers for the results... Let's hope everything is going accordingly to our plan for promoting Ophira's Jewelry haha :)
Ah, I need to introduce you guys my newest accompany/models - Bunny's family. They came to me from my husband after his business trip (well, he knew so well I love these cutie cutie stuff) and the name Bunny/Usagi popped up my mind. Haha, I'm freaking Sailormoon fan :)...Anyway, they were so adorable and perfect for being models for my products. Anywa, having them was my childhood's dream even since I was little.

Anyway, I decided to organize my booth a little bit, after seeing while amazing work from other artists on internet. So this weekend, after having the beach party, we will try to find some wood and ceramics and let my husband show off his building skill haha. Cross fingers again for that!

One last gentle remind, only 3 days left for you to register our June Newsletter. Don't miss this issue as well as the monthly giveaways coming only in the Newsletter!

Have a nice weekend ahead, everyone!

Polymer Clay - New destination

Welcome back to our blog!

Lately I have been busy with my daily life and other things that I needed to settle down and arrange so that I could go back to the track I always long for. In the end, everything turns out quite well and here I am, down to earth again, back to jewelry and our beloved blog.

What's new about me and Ophira's Jewelry?

Oh well, OK I have found a new field to try on... Or you can say, Polymer Clay has found me when I was depressed and stuck with inspirations. To be honest, I was obsessed with Polymer Clay in the beginning of my Jewelry Journey - but I never had a chance to continue digging on this field, until one beautiful day, our beloved grand mom-in-law gave me tiny little cook book about Polymer Clay. From that moment, I knew I couldn't get away with Polymer Clay Miniatures.... because it's just beautiful and easy-to-wear in every occasion, plus it can give you a fresh air for a long boring working day :)... a simple way to light up your day with.

And a must-have cute accessory for your boring-look bag, phone or your home key... a way to shine yourself among a crowd.

Especially, the price for each work - after calculating all the cost - is really affordable for everyone, varies from 3-6USD/pc for handphone hangings, key chain, magnet etc... and from 5 to 8USD/pc for earrings, necklace, bracelet, etc... Very cheap, right?
